Provide specialist advice, support, and guidance to all managers and staff on sickness absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and bullying and harassment cases, as appropriate, ensuring a consistent approach in line with Trust policies and legislation. Timely respond to HR queries within my care group on terms and conditions of employment, agenda for change, including salary, annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave etc. Successfully manage a caseload of ER cases – updating the case management tracker, provide support and advice to managers, Investigating Officers and Case Managers during investigation and disciplinary hearing. Participate in the preparation and delivery of HR related training (e.g., sickness absence/ capability/ discipline / bullying and harassment, Leadership framework) to managers and staff. Participate and provide support to the HR Advisory team in organizational change including TUPE, redundancy etc. as well as other ad-hoc HR projects. Actively support HR managers in policy development, training, ER issues and other people matters. Support organizational change, restructuring developmental activities where required. Organize and deliver workshops/training to employees and managers for a better understanding of the Trust new processes, policies, and programs.
