Agnes Etuah

Agnes Etuah is a young visionary woman who is passionate on development of people in her community especially, the young ones. She comes from Abonko in the central region of Ghana but leaves in Apam. Agnes had her Senior High School at Mozano, Gomoa West District but currently a graduate from university of Ghana who studied health services admin and psychology. She joined the CAMFED Association in June 2019 after a successful completion of her senior high school with a bursary( CUMMINS) support from CAMFED. Since the time of joining the CAMFED Association, she has been committed, active and participates in activities the organization (CAMFED Association) holds. Currently, she is also serving as the Apam and Gomoa West CAMFED Association General Secretary. She was the first runner-up for miss scholar under the SDG(Sustainable Development Goals) program and the founder of the Buoyant girls’ club. She has over the years mentored young girls to become leaders in wherever they find themselves through the knowledge and impact she got from the transition training. She volunteered as peer educator and delivered modules on active citizenship, financial education and my rights, my choice to students and young women in the community. She also helps the young ones in the community by mentoring and providing them with learning materials like; books, pens and nose masks. Agnes aspires to become a renowned and competent clinical psychologist, an entrepreneur and a philanthropist. She strongly believes that these will help and serve as inspirations to other young ones, and reduce unemployment.
