Arranged PowerPoint presentation on the solution to address challenges incurred in the organization behavior of Radiant Insurance Rwanda. Interviewed four company workers who engaged in Radiant’s organizational behavior for its success.

Managed and supervised a team of 32 construction workers during the construction of schools at Matimba Primary School, Nyagatere. Managed the coordination of workers and allocation of resources appropriately. Organized daily reports for the upper representative of the construction center.
