Administered meticulous record-keeping and new entries of various documents for approval within the Integrated Protocol Management Information System (IPMIS), ensuring data accuracy and currency. Expedited diplomatic processes by expertly approving Pro 1B applications, facilitating the duty-free importation or purchase of goods by diplomats. Ensured compliance with regulations by processing Pro 1A forms for the importation of tobacco and alcoholic beverages. Contributed to seamless departmental communication by proficiently drafting various documents, including Note Verbales and memos. Enhanced diplomatic mobility by efficiently approving Form VII for diplomats' driving licenses and individuals from recognized international organizations. Fostered diplomatic relations by promptly approving requests for form A, and facilitating the registration of motor vehicles for diplomatic states and international organizations.
