Network infrastructure services: This involved monitoring and ensuring network connectivity (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP) as well as network troubleshooting and maintenance practices on network devices. Configuration and maintenance of printers to attain effective and efficient performance. Data backup and recovery for computers and laptops as well as maintenance practices such as blowing computers and upgrading Random Access Memory (RAM). Preventive maintenance of computer equipment: Assisted in taking inventory of all in-computer equipment and accessories in the ministry. ICT support: this entails providing technical support on the organization’s software applications and systems (IFMIS, Cashless, Ardhi Sasa), and training users on software applications and their appropriate use. Installation of software and troubleshooting: Installation of Kaspersky anti-virus, Windows operating system, IFMIS and Cashless.
