Introducing and promoting the Bank’s products to the potential customers.

Arranging acceptable terms and closing transactions between confirmed customers and the Bank; specifically, Trade finance instruments, (issuing letters of credit, factoring, export credit and insurance, SBLC etc.

Opening lines of communication for the Bank to promote business expansion especially in the Kenyan territory, for example, by arranging meetings with potential stakeholders.

Promoting the Bank by expanding its scope e.g. opening new accounts for Customers; in the Kenyan territory or any other places to enable the clients to make swift and easy transfer of funds.

Carried out appraisals and processed loans for clients.

Closely monitored the loan book to ensure that the clients paid as required.

Consistently delivered quality services to the customers for the sole purpose of achieving total customer satisfaction.

Assisted customers with their enquiries and re-directed them where appropriate.

Participated in product campaigns to ensure product information is readily available to customers.

Conducted door-to-door direct selling. Provided regular sales reports to the supervisors.

Act as the university’s banking agent and carry out daily banking of collections and any other bank-related errands.

Keep safe custody of any cash and cheque collections.

Carry out Accurate Posting of Revenue to relevant Ledger.

Carry out Student accounts back-office duties.

Carry out Monthly/Quarterly Reconciliation of all students’ revenue accounts to ensure all students are accurately Billed (both Tuition and Other students’ fees GL accounts)

Ensure proper Filing of Cash Office Documents. Prepare banking report every morning for review by the Senior Accountant

Respond to customers’ queries and direct customers to relevant offices on a timely basis.

Collecting idle assets from all the branches country wide and transporting them to a central location.

Capitalizing allassetsupon purchase and updating them onto the asset register.

Coordinating the payment of suppliers of various fixed assets in time and working hand in hand with the Accounts Payables Team .

Ensuring that the bank'sfixed assets are accurately capitalized and that depreciation isrun on monthly basis as per the bank'sfinancial policy on depreciation of various assets.
