Lead the creation of a weekly campaign tracker to understand the impact of campaigns and new app-features on DAU and conversions and to aid the GTM team in planning on-ground activities. Planned and executed interventions to increase app traffic and conversions during off-hours and weekends, resulting in a ~10% increase in WoW GMV on Sundays and 15% increase in off-hours DAU. Executed a communications plan on at-risk users to retain them and improve their app-activity, leading to ~15% at risk users being retained and increasing their time spent on the app.

Created a database of the names and benefits for all 200 SKUs available in the P&G Oral Care portfolio and worked with a creative agency to design brand booklets for these SKUs available in the IMEA market. Lead the revamp of eContent for Amazon for around 60 oral care SKUs and ensured the agency was using the correct claims for all SKUs and following the brand manifesto. Conducted weekly sales fundamentals analysis for P&G products featured in promotional booklets to understand the impact of promotion on sales and worked with manager to adjust discounts and frequency of product placements.

Collected data and built a dashboard from scratch for easier tracking of KPIs so areas of improvement could be easily gauged for marketplace efficiency, sales, number of trips and number of new carriers per month. Spearheaded the business development front for Trella’s UAE expansion by being one of the first people to join the sales team; cold called potential clients, set up meetings with them and had a roughly 60% win ratio. Tracked Trella’s Salesforce for its UAE sales and followed the sales dashboards on Salesforce to track conversation rate and time to close deals for potential clients.
