Publicized the exercise through sensitization of community members and businesses on importance of the national economic census. Identified the assigned Enumeration Zone with map legends and interactive map navigation. Visited and enumerated all businesses in assigned Enumeration Zone for national decision making and update of business register. Synced collected data with Supervisor and Ghana Statistical Service Headquarters after daily enumeration. Reviewed and responded to queries in data reports from the Data Quality Monitor (DQM) by correcting and resyncing data with Supervisor and Headquarters.

Transferred data from paper formats into computer files using Microsoft Excel and Google workspace. Typed in personal details provided directly from clients. Embarked on field visits to communities and assisted clients with applications for tax relief. Performed basic office management tasks thus scheduled virtual meetings; prepared letters, reports and PowerPoint documents; sent bulk text messages to clients; and interacted with clients via phone calls.

Collected data on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) support for monitoring & evaluation purposes. Conducted tablet-based surveys with TVET program beneficiaries in their respective households. Interviewed clients on their progress regarding the TVET support received. Evaluated and assessed clients’ responses and made necessary comments and recommendations. Recorded all unsuccessful interviews for follow-ups and further actions.

Sourced and shared opportunities with clients (MCF/CAMFED Scholars & Alumni). Created Microsoft Excel and Google schedules, PowerPoint slides, and Google forms for data collection. Drafted activity reports, request letters and letters of recommendation for clients. Prepared activity budgets and retirements (to track expenses) for audit purposes. Provided logistic support to the Programmes Team - phone calls to follow up on requests, printing and scanning of documents for record keeping.

Recorded and filed child maintenance cases for follow-ups and future reference. Drafted letters, quarterly and annual activity reports. Provided cash transfers to vulnerable populations through Livelihood Empowerment against Poverty (LEAP) program. Assisted with program organization to provide cash grants and logistic support to Persons with Disabilities.

Offered academic support to disadvantaged schoolchildren by assisting with assignments. Exhibited strong empathic skills by teaching at their preferred pace. Built cordial relationships with the children.
