Souleymane Sayore

SAYORÉ Souleymane is a young student at the end of his bachelor degree in Public Law at the University Thomas Sankara. He is also a young person committed to responding to the development challenges of his community. He uses his motivation to take actions every day to impact positively his community, and spread the spirit of commitment among his comrades. Arrived at the university campus in 2021, he has continued to show his commitment and sense of volunteerism for the well-being of his community. To this end, he is the founder of the English club of Thomas Sankara University, the U-Report Community of Thomas Sankara University, and co-founders of many other youth associations within the university. Her areas of interest are public international law, human rights, gender, youth engagement, community development, sustainable development goals, peace, gender equality, etc. He is involved in voluntary and volunteering initiatives, namely: He has been a member of Plan International’s Global Youth Reference Group in 2023,A remote internship program with Plan International Global Hub. From 2021 to 2023 he was a volunteer on the youth advisory council of Plan international Burkina. From 2021 to 2022 he was a student delegate at Thomas Sankara University for environmental protection. He has been a member of UNICEF's Young Voices of the Sahel for Climate initiative since December 2021. Professionally, from June 2023 to August 2023 he completed an internship in Youth Engagement with the global Program and Influence department of the NGO Plan International and with the country office of Plan International Burkina. Souleymane is confident in the idea that he can bring his touch to building a better world for young people and for all humanity and will not stop getting involved.
