To drive the learning culture to the shopfloor staff and assist in employee development programs including training, performance management and career progression to enhance individual capabilities. To assist in driving employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment, enhance morale and boost productivity. Assist in managing employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures while fostering a culture of open communication and respect. Assist in talent acquisition efforts by developing effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain top talent for various roles within the manufacturing facility. To develop and maintain a tracker for all disciplinary cases showing the open, closed and due actions. To include active cases in court and those already determined. To have documentation of all the training records done within the factory and assist in planning and organizing training sessions. Assist and support onboarding process for new employees by ensuring they have undergone induction and have acquired the necessary resources.
