Provide comprehensive customer service for security systems, including configuration, quotation, installation, and ongoing maintenance Manage fire detection and alarm systems, access control, CCTV and intrusion detection systems Lead a team of technicians, planning, scheduling, and coordinating high-quality installations Maintain detailed records of maintenance crew performance and weekly production logs Ensure seamless project execution by collaborating with other departments, utilities, and businesses Handle inventory control and record-keeping for efficient resource management Provide IT support, troubleshooting computer and network issues
