Ladji Hamed Kone

Ladji Hamed Kone is a young Ivorian leader with more than two years of industrial experience and two years of voluntary service. Ladji Hamed have been working as an industrial designer and junior project manager at CAFCI-AZUR, where he specializes in creating machines that transform waste into reusable and sustainable materials. He aspires to found CI Efficiency Group, a consulting firm specializing in energy efficiency solutions, and he is also co-founder of A&K Services, which offers industrial software training to students and professionals. Ladji Hamed holds an associate degree in Production Systems Maintenance. After benefiting from the Mandela Washington Fellowship in 2024, which equipped him with business and leadership skills in the United States, Ladji Hamed convincedly wants to implement CI Efficiency Group, which will offer energy efficiency solutions to his community, which will have positive social impact and on the environment, thus contributing to the achievement of sustainability objectives in Ivory Coast.
