• Conduct ESIA, ESMP and RAP Reports.

• Monitor and Evaluate Sup-projects.

• Develop and Implement OHS plans, by analyzing potential risks within workplaces.

• Handle workplace incidents and injuries, conduct investigations to identify root causes, and prevent recurrence.

• Provide technical input in the preparation of Tender Documents.

• Provide technical input for producing Terms of References for Consultancy Services

• Coordination and follow up with the contractors, partners, and stakeholders for the various activities related to civil works/sections of projects.

*Conduct onsite/virtual capacity-building activities, facilitation, workshops and/or stakeholder engagement

• Embed sustainability dimensions including social and gender inclusion, PSEA measures, as well as Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) aspects into the project during the design and construction/rehabilitation phases.

• Support the site team in monitor and supervising the progress of works in the targeted sites, identify any existing problems, and provide technical appropriate solutions through application of sound engineering standard

• Technical assistance to participating municipalities to plan, implement, and manage projects.

• Provide technical input for producing Terms of References for Consultancy Services; Designs, Drawings, Technical Specifications, Scope of Works, Bills of Quantities, Cost Estimations, Design Calculations, related reports for Works and Supply of Goods Contracts;

• Preparing technical and financial project proposals.

• Designing water treatment systems, preparing drawings and reports.

• Conduct thorough literature reviews on various topics related to the website's content focus.
• Write engaging and informative Arabic content based on your research findings.
• Fact-check all information for accuracy and credibility using reliable sources.
• Research and implement relevant keywords to optimize content for search engines

• Support in Monitoring contractors’ and suppliers set out and works, including compliance with contracts specifications and ensures that contractors and suppliers comply with their work plans to complete work with specified scope of work, time frame, and budget (including USAID funded projects).

• Maintain records, compile periodic reports and any specific reports required for the projects.

• Inspects and report on contractor’s works in progress ensuring that the contractor meets MoLA quality standards;
