Implement the CQC Direct Program in Ghana ensuring monthly targets are achieved. ·Work together with Finance and Administration in stock management · Understanding and comprehension of verification standards in carbon markets (VCS,GS,SD-Vista) · Recruiting and training for the operations team and other departments. · Coordinate and facilitate training of trainers to understand VCS project methodology ·Manage a team of Regional Coordinators, Training Assistants and Registration Assistants - to achieve high quality installations, maintenance, and high usage rates above 80%. ·Lead demonstration and construction of our cookstoves and train stove enumeration/registration Lead innovation programs as needed and requested for the CQC Direct Ghana. • Successfully recruited, trained, and run a team of 45 members in 4 regions to install improved cookstoves for a high impact carbon project using VCS program methodology. • Supervised and managed teams to install over 15000 improved cookstoves, verified and validated through industry leading verifications standards, while maintaining high usage rates above 80%. • Worked in the capacity of acting country manager and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders while liaising with cross cutting regional teams (M&V teams, VVB) in the voluntary carbon market on mitigations strategies on greenhouse gas (GHG). • Knowledge of GHG accounting and operationalizing Article 6 transactions • Orchestrated all aspects of company operations and liaising with cross cutting regional teams in various time zones
