Tarisai Garande

Tarisai Garande has 25 years of global experience in multiple leadership roles across corporate, consultancy, and government sectors. She currently spearheads product reuse initiatives at Apple and previously led the electronic recycling operations Americas team - contributing to the 2030 carbon neutrality goal. Tarisai has expertise in ESG strategies, supply chain management, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management. With extensive tenure at ERM (the world’s largest ESG & sustainability advisory firm), she advised Fortune 500 companies, industry associations, and international financial institutions, advancing their ESG initiatives and promoting sustainable growth. Earlier in her career, Tarisai contributed to UK Labor government environmental policies, and was part of the original Thames Estuary 2100 team (a visionary 100-year horizon initiative to protect London from flood risk associated with climate change) where she led policy and stakeholder engagement strategies. She also shaped inclusive community engagement mechanisms on international project, including rural water supply project in the Atacama Desert, Chile.
