Administration of the billing software for the Region which has significantly improved revenue mobilization by at least 20% Analyse and generates sales, production and consumption reports for management to track progress and address challenges Manages the database of the Agency in Central Region through the administration of the Districts Management and Evaluation Software (DiMES). Prepares and submits periodic statistical reports (monthly, quarterly & annually) to the head office. Coordinates data collections exercises including financial data and analyse for the purposes of decision making. Facilitates evaluation of tender documents during the processes for procurement of consultants/contractors for water consultancy services and construction of water systems. Monitors operations and maintenance of over 50 computers and other electronic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Trained over 50 staff on the use of billing software and Microsoft office applications. Reviews the Regional office's ICT hardware and software needs and advice management on the procurement of software and hardware ICT equipment and training services. Managed and maintained user accounts, permissions and security settings in Active Directory. Scheduled upgrades and regular maintenance to maintain smooth workflow. Ensures the security of the Local Area Network system and Internet is intact, to ensure smooth flow of information. Arranged computers, routers and printer to achieve proper workstation. Troubleshoot various incidents related to hardware, networks and software faults. Installed new software for users and monitors version and patch update requirements.
