Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Assisting in the management of the organization's social media platforms. This includes creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and reporting on key performance metrics. Also include curating content for the CEO’s LinkedIn account and any other social media accounts as needed.

Blogs: Contribute to blog content creation efforts, including writing and editing blog posts on relevant topics.

B Lab Global Team Coordination: Collaborate with the global communication team and attend global marketing/communication/branding calls and engage in various campaigns.

Marketing Campaign Coordination: Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring that communication strategies are effectively integrated into these initiatives.

Media and Public Relations: Assist in managing media inquiries, drafting press releases, and coordinating public relations efforts to enhance B Lab Africa's image.

Engagement: Actively engage with audience on various communication channels, responding to inquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner. Attend regular team meetings and provide updates on event -related communication activities. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communication and event promotion.
