Coordinating day to day activities in schools where DAPP deployed teachers where the areas were hit by floods; during cyclone idai. Supervising teachers in the schools where they were deployed to give support and ensuring they were implementing what was covered during trainings on Disaster Management. Providing materials to the affected schools for school relief programs.

Organizing and facilitating school program planning sessions for DAPP Malawi Teacher Training Colleges and its Vocational School. Organizing and facilitating meetings for College Principals and teachers for DAPP Malawi Schools. Monitoring school programs in all DAPP Malawi Schools.

Planning and facilitating quarterly project planning sessions. Monitoring project activities and assisting the teachers in the program in making improved project action plans. Training primary school teachers in this program on Inclusive Teaching and Learning methods. Coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual project meetings. Coordinating project reporting routines for school programs. Producing monthly, quarterly and annual project reports. Making project Annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly budgets, reconciliations and approving budgets from area leaders.

Developing courses, assignments (Study tasks) and designing education investigations for both students and teachers for DAPP Malawi Teacher Training Colleges. Uploading developed Teaching and Learning materials into the school Database, to be accessed by both students and teachers in DAPP Malawi Teacher Training Colleges. Training Teachers and Student Teachers In DAPP Malawi Teacher Training Colleges on how to access, use the developed Teaching and Learning materials and train them how to interact virtually.
