As Head of Programs, I oversee the operational aspects of launching three undergraduate and three postgraduate programs in technology and management. My responsibilities include coordinating infrastructure readiness projects, collaborating with faculty to design course content and delivery methods, establishing objectives and KPIs for program assessment, and developing SOPs and process documents. Additionally, I ensure compliance with academic standards, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the highest educational quality

Spearheaded the design, management, and delivery of the NUTM Scholars Program (NSP) Designed effective modules addressing curriculum, faculty recruitment, mentoring, and partnership development Built and maintained a network of mentors, advisors, investors, and industry professionals Supervised budgeting and financial management Established KPIs for program assessment Organized events and networking opportunities

I spearheaded the design, management, and delivery of the NUTM Scholars Program (NSP), a comprehensive one-year postgraduate fellowship in Technology, Entrepreneurship, Management, and Design. The NSP operates as a business incubator that guides participants through the entire business development life cycle, from ideation to crafting sustainable MVPs.
