Executing, monitoring, and evaluating the activities of both Starting Small Business Grants and Tool-kits programs which are Livelihood interventions in partnership with UNHCR at the GOPA-DERD Community Center of Jableh area, Latakia, Syria. Responsibilities : -Conducting the Livelihood needs assessment process in Jableh area, Latakia to assess the needs of the Internal Displaced Persons and their host community. -Conducting the Entrepreneurship Course of the SSBG program. -Do the following up of the implemented Grants and other Livelihood activities and report om them. -Managing and editing the livelihood program's data.

-Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits.

• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
• Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information.
• Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
