Dealt with cost reduction and process optimization by improving scheduling, inventory management, and the supply chain system by introducing new ways the company could maximize profit and work more efficiently. Utilized Lean tools, 5S, Simulation software (Simio) and Linear Trend Line (Demand Forecast). Reduced production cycle time by 13.4% & reduced warehouse travel time by 22.24% (Utilized 5S & ABC analysis)
