Supported 100+ stakeholders per day in expediting the clearance of goods via the organization’s systems (ICMS and Simba KRA systems). Managed the handling of diverse stakeholder issues via phone calls, transferred inquiries and processed emails, catering to clearing agents, sole proprietors, and both local and international entrepreneurs. Produced and submitted monthly reports promptly, ensuring accurate documentation of key operational metrics. Demonstrated problem-solving skills by resolving complex complaints internally and escalating unresolved issues to appropriate departments. Maintained administrative records including interoffice communications, and processed entry records, ensuring streamlined information retrieval. Supported training for internal staff. Successfully cleared within a team of four, a backlog of 8,000 stakeholder issues and queries via email.

Taught 55 preschoolers fundamental reading and writing skills. Supervised children during playtime and homework sessions, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment. Facilitated access of medical treatment for sick children.
