● Chosen by the senior Management from a team that has 6 UX designers to initiate and land design seeds for The large and complex projects in Core Banking, Big Data,, and AI , serving large fintech organizations & banks across the MENA region. ● Conquered the ambiguity in commencing the best user experience by leading, setting directions, and grasping the vast requirements and user stories of the Business Analysis team grouping, prioritizing these elements, and laying the groundwork for project structure in 2 weeks. ● Created information architecture visualizations and crafted mind maps for 15 epic groups, each housing user story sets portraying features. These efforts defined user flows, facilitating seamless interactions between the different components. ● Developed comprehensive user flows, task flows, and wireframes to guarantee a user-centric and intuitive experience, employed user-centered design principles, championed 95% of relevant features, and formulated layouts for main pages, navigation, modals, and off-canvases. ● Collaborated with the design team on a weekly basis, translating user needs and business requirements into actionable design decisions and feature sets.Initiating a design system that aligned with the branding of the umbrella company. ● Refined requirements to align with UX trends. Oversaw 4 design iterations for the project and conducted user research and A/B tests to inform insightful decision-making. ● Collaborated closely with the AI Team, Dev Team, ,QA team, project manager, and product manager to ensure rigorous UX testing, incorporating feedback loops for iterative improvements.
