• Managed 3 Community Centers in Sulaimani, Arbat Refugee Camp, and Chamchamal and established weekly work plans and distributed tasks to over 50 staff that aligned with their duties and responsibilities.
• Advocated with different institutions and services providers to help beneficiaries to access needed resources and services.
• Represented CDO and Community Centers’ projects in front of UNHCR and other implementing partners as well as collected and presented monthly work reports to them.
• Provided technical guidance and training for Community Centers and Community Outreach Volunteers’ staff, in order to integrate participatory, community-based and age, gender and diversity (AGD) approaches in the overall protection strategy.
• Liaised with implementing and operational partners as well as with displaced and local communities to develop community-owned strategies and activities to address their social, cultural, and livelihood concerns, with a special focus on child protection and prevention and response to SGBV.
• Established community self-management structures in camps for women committees, youth committees, and other minority and active community members/leaders on basic protection principles and identification of persons with specific needs.
• Provided sport, recreation, language learning, artistic and vocational activities in designated areas to people of concern including host communities.
• Reinforced the capacity of Community Outreach Volunteers to identify and refer to vulnerable cases and conduct community awareness in different workshops.

• Worked with the senior Inventis team members on gathering data and conducting analysis from the multiple custom points as well as governmental offices.
