Mentor the USP - scholarship students and follow up on their grade update and activities. Then, fill reports about their grades and progress to submit to the coordinator. Mostly, the skills needed and that I was able to develop more were leadership and communication. Mostly because I had to constantly communicate with the mentors and follow up with them.

Mostly hat I leaned was how to gather data and organize them on a ERP system, price monitoring, data entries, and other relate to ERP system. Also, how to communicate and work on team since most times there would be meetings and often there was a discussion about price and product change (its an online supermarket app). Moreover, I learned that if you don't have an information, what you should do is always look out for it and always try your best to find faster methods to compete a task but with he same accuracy.
