About the role

Description

  • Review targets periodically, monitor distributor achievement and communicate with distributors.
  • Focus on stock-keeping unit (SKU) by channel: Monitor achievement by channel and communicate with distributors.
  • Expand networks and channels.
  • Monitor and follow up on the achievement of the distribution KPIs.
  • Route compliance.
  • Positive calls: Monitor achievement by channel, and communicate with distributors.
  • Drop size and line/call: Monitor achievement by channel, and communicate with distributors.
  • Do market visits: 50%-75% of the candidate's time will be spent in the market.
  • Monitor trade communication.
  • Ensure the right implementation of trade activities and schemes.
  • Monitor the activities of MBR and BIWS/IWS.
  • Monitoring stock level/distributor and prepare orders accordingly.
  • Monitoring trade stocks and sell out: trade stock and sell out report.

Other requirements

  • Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail and sales network.
  • Very good command of the English language (written & spoken).
