The Unilever U4YOU Graduates Program is an initiative enabling Unilever to build and upskill a strong local talent pool, that will support and lead our business growth.

This program is a 24-month full-time development program for top graduate talent to get the chance to work on real business challenges - within their own function and across the organization.

So here’s how it works:

• 24 months full-time program
• Rotational assignment within your specific function (Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Development, Finance, and HR)
• Assigned projects to develop & execute.
• Formal Training + Informal Learning
• Direct Mentorship and Exposure to Senior Leader,

• High Levels of Performance and Delivery

  Below are several different areas that you would be working in to build your professional expertise, for example:

• Supply Chain & Manufacturing
• Human Resources
• Finance
• Marketing
• Customer Development (Sales)

• Open to Emirati nationals only
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any relevant major
• Fresh graduate, up to 1 year of experience
• Good analytical skills, a willingness to learn and strong aptitude for communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
• Ability to extract critical data and generate actionable insights
• Monthly Stipend provided
