Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing, glove usage, and food temperature control. Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, sanitizing cooking utensils and food preparation areas regularly to maintain hygiene standards. Communicating effectively with managers and fellow crew members to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle customer complaints by listening empathetically and resolving issues.
