Under my current assignment as Key Account Manager (Telco) at Sandvine, I do manage several key accounts in Egypt, Levant, KSA and East Africa. My driver is to achieve sales targets and high customer satisfaction scores, by developing and executing sales strategies aligning with company goals, identifying new opportunities, expanding customer base, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver activities related to contract negotiations and project acceptance. Starting Sales my career back in 2008, I have managed to accumulate experience in Presales, Sales & Account Management, and Business Development covering EMEA and LATAM, selling software solutions and professional services for Telecom, IT and Cyber Security. This is preceded by 8 years (2000 to 2008) of experience in Radio Network Design and Project Management. Throughout my career, I have participated at specialized trade shows such as MWC, ISS, Security & Policing UK. Represented the UK-based Creativity Software at EU-funded projects (Help112), a consortium of suppliers and Public Safety entities, to improve the process and the accuracy of mobile location for an Emergency Caller. I hold a BSc in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering and a Senior Executive Diploma, as well as a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
