Serving as Project Engineer for this $235 million CMGC construction contract for City and County of San Fra – providing technical support for CMD division to organize, update, and manage their data Utilizing Excel proficiently for data recording, processing, analysis, and visualization with clear, concise style and real-time updates based on data changes. Collaborated with SFMTA to conduct Local Business Enterprise (LBE) database analysis for the Potrero Yard Modernization Project.

Tracked submittals from engineers, architects, and contractors using Excel spreadsheets. Performed field inspection duties and assisted with QA tracking as owner's representative. Assisted in the completion of the Inspector Daily Reports (IDRs) Assist CM team in project layout, processing change orders, quantity reporting, and document control. Distributed construction-related information to pertinent parties. Participated in on-site walks and punch lists to inspect pre-existing field conditions and verify construction quality.

Assisting in the design and liaison with technical personnel for updates and establishment of the SBSS database webpage. Contributing to the development of new websites and software. Providing concurrent support for both SBSS Pre-Award and Post-Award. Utilizing Excel proficiently for data recording, processing, analysis, and visualization with clear, concise style and real-time updates based on data changes. Collaborated with SFMTA to conduct Local Business Enterprise (LBE) database analysis for the Potrero Yard Modernization Project. Assisting in the preparation of presentation content, PowerPoint slides, copywriting, etc. Supporting promotion of SBSS-related activities, demonstrating effective marketing skills.

Served as an Online BIM Design Assistant, utilizing Revit and AutoCAD to facilitate the construction of a Maintenance Emergency Center.

Compiled contracts, cost estimating reports, invoices, and company profiles while conducting site surveys and recording data before preparing contracts and cost estimates. Oversaw site progress and work quality for ongoing projects, regularly communicating with up to 60 subcontractors and partners daily for work arrangements. Spearheaded meetings for the design and development of the company's official website.

Served as a Construction Assistant for the Shenzhen Chunfeng Tunnel Project, overseeing on-site project quality, progress, and investment management. Handled contracts and information management and coordinated relationships among all construction parties effectively.
