This feedback is then used in developing/improving the product based on customer needs and expectations Making sure the accounts I manage are matching key operational KPIs Ensuring smooth onboarding, training and continued after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction Organizing key marketing and commercial events such as demo days, workshops etc. Actively training, moderating events and informally engaging with the members to ensure they feel all their needs concerning the product are taken care of Attending events in our customers ecosystem so as to better understand the ever evolving co-operative movement especially in matters technology and legislation. Negotiated successful deals for business contracts with best terms and prices.

Planning and collaborating with other stakeholders for annual International Co-operative (Ushirika) Day celebrations at county level Organizing Training and awareness creation workshops at sub county level Following up on funds from consultancies, audits, bookkeeping and subscriptions Maintaining a relationship of the organization with all its 240+ member co-operatives in the entire county. Representing the association at County Co-operative development forums Preparing monthly management reports for the board of directors Responsible for the daily functioning of the office Enable benchmarking among member co-operatives to align with the association's goal of co-operation among co-operatives In charge of communication on behalf of the organization

Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for the association. Plan and work with partners, both public and private sectors to plan education day and capacity building trainings for our member co-operatives Attend board meetings and take minutes. Processing of payments to suppliers Writing cheques and posting transactions in cashbooks Posting transactions in IFMIS (Integrated financial management information system) Preparation of bank reconciliations Filing of VAT and PAYE returns through the KRA ITAX system Examination of payment vouchers to confirm that all required documents supporting the payment are properly attached and that the payment is made with proper authority Procedures regarding procurement and supply management
