Championed tool mapping process at the Light Commercial V ehicle (LCV) plant. Pioneered a Kaizen project to reduce 60% of water wasted per water leak test of vehicle cabins. Studied assembly instructions and trained staff on a pilot programme for GXZ90N Euro5. Conducted time studies all over the assembly plant to optimize labour output. Aided in operations to launch Electrophoretic Deposition (ED) painting of vehicle cabins. Carried out general office clerical work.
