Vehicle Test and Bring up lead

• Sub-systems calibration (Magnetometer, GPS, Propulsion systems, Lidar sensor, Control surface and servos, Preflight checks)
• Working alongside technicians to ensure a steady build process and all work is being completed on time and insisting on the highest standards.
• Continuously interfacing with all support teams (Design engineering, Software engineering, materials management, supply chain and leadership), communicating technically to standardize and remove variation utilizing six sigma and lean manufacturing technologies.
• Documentation and creation of standard work instructions to allow manufacturing repeatability through the production phases of operations.
• Lead Kaizen improvement workshops to improve flow and efficiencies on the manufacturing floor.
