With an inspiration to be part of a change initiative, I joined a team that formulates and implements strategic programs and campaign tailored to respond to social issues corresponding with SDG 8 on economic growth and decent job creation for young entrepreneurs. I successfully volunteer in the communications department thus handle social media, design, and zoom meeting management.

Created and developed a Facebook page to engage and grow the cycling community in Kenya. Worked closely with other page administrators to oversee growth of the page. Regulated page content through approving relevant posts by members. Utilized social media analytical data and metrics to measure effectiveness.

Successfully conducting marketing promotions of Proto Energy Products. Effectively managed to generate new leads for the products. Ensured that we conduct new market research and recommended new markets for Proto Energy products. Liaising with departmental head and maintaining good customer relations. Successfully maintaining stock levels and requesting for replenishment to ensure the sales targets are met. Actively maintaining the sales records and reports on the Pro Gas Kenya Shop App. Successfully handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as assisting customers, processing transactions. Resolving conflicts or challenging situations with customers professionally. Providing excellent customer service at the store by being approachable, helpful and responsive to customer needs.

Effectively managed communication with business proprietor as well as the suppliers and clients. Maintained outstanding good stock conditions and visual merchandising standards at the store. Successfully ensured high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Kept updated records on customers’ needs thus ensured preferred supplies were in stock. With a commitment to transparency in communication, I worked for over 4 years with the proprietor thus helped to establish sales systems and procedures that are still operational to date. Ensured high ethical standards in bookkeeping, reporting and accountability for any omissions. Excelled in time management and kept the business running during official hours.
