Furthermore, I have played a significant role in improving community hygiene practices, making a positive impact on the overall well-being of affected populations. Coordinates all Hygiene Promotion activities according to strategy, proposals, budgets, and plans at area level. Ensures adherence to Global Communities hygiene promotion technical guidelines and donor requirements in specific projects. Break down the annual operational plans for hygiene promotion into weekly, monthly, and quarterly implementation plans at area level. Ensure that procurement, development, and distribution of materials and equipment are timely and according to procedures. Investigate and facilitate the introduction of new technology, methods, and approaches to improve the quality of hygiene promotion activities. Record targets and monitor behavioral changes on a regular basis in respective governorate. Take the lead in conducting hygiene promotion-related assessments including PDM, KAP, etc in coordination with the WASH team leader and M&E department. Monitor hygiene promotion activities, procurement, and ensure adherence to the implementation plan. Explore and work with different groups to find effective hygiene promotion approaches including drama shows, radio messaging, and role plays, etc. Manage hygiene promotion activities database at the area level. Manage and support the implementation of Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition (MCHN) health and nutritional education activities at the community level in villages of one of the three targeted districts in Al Dhale'e. Liaise with the Health Office in Al Dhale'e and other partners to ensure that nutrition education practices are comprehensively understood following set guidelines promoted by the project. Manage and prepare for the implementation of Community Health Volunteers (CHVs) training according to MoPHP guidelines. Supervise and work closely with community health volunteers in the targeted district. Support and supervise the CHVs to take accurate anthropometrics measurements. Ensure that CHVs provide individual nutrition counseling based on the nutrition status, age of the child/pregnancy stage, provide information on the MCHN activities, the use of the ration. Follow and monitor the distribution of IEC materials among beneficiaries and the Vendors stores. Ensure CHVs visit the targeted beneficiaries for the nutrition follow-up of each beneficiary based on MUAC reading and refer the cases with malnutrition to the nearest health facility. Prepare monthly activity reports. Supervise CHVs in carrying out community-based nutritional promotional activities targeting community groups. Activities will primarily include IYCF sessions, community feedback meetings, and social mobilization toward overall objectives. Facilitate the identification and initial Training for CHVs in the targeted area in coordination with Al Dhale'e Health office.

Supervise field officers, organize trainings, and provide operational leadership. Support the Program Manager in monitoring, controlling, and evaluating the budget and actual expenditures. Coordinate activities with the community, form the community committee and local government officials, as well as other INGOs. Coordinate Community Mobilizers' needs with Global Communities procurement, logistics, and finance teams. Meet with GC senior program management periodically to present updates on work progress and related issues. Ensure proper filing management system related to all Community Mobilizers' field work. Oversee and update the work plan for all program-related activities.

Participate in the identification, registration, and selection of program beneficiaries according to defined selection criteria. Sensitize key stakeholders, community leaders, communities, and participating households on the program objectives, timelines, entitlements, and general program activities.
