Coordinates all Hygiene Promotion activities according to strategy, proposals, budgets, and plans at area level. Ensures adherence to Global Communities hygiene promotion technical guidelines and donor requirements in specific projects. Break down the annual operational plans for hygiene promotion into weekly, monthly, and quarterly implementation plans at area level. Ensure that procurement, development, and distribution of materials and equipment are timely and according to procedures. Investigate and facilitate the introduction of new technology, methods, and approaches to improve the quality of hygiene promotion activities. Record targets and monitor behavioral changes on a regular basis in respective governorate. Take the lead in conducting hygiene promotion-related assessments including PDM, KAP, etc in coordination with the WASH team leader and M&E department. Monitor hygiene promotion activities, procurement, and ensure adherence to the implementation plan. Explore and work with different groups to find effective hygiene promotion approaches including drama shows, radio messaging, and role plays, etc. Manage hygiene promotion activities database at the area level. Manage and support the implementation of Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition (MCHN) health and nutritional education activities at the community level in villages of one of the three targeted districts in Al Dhale'e. Liaise with the Health Office in Al Dhale'e and other partners to ensure that nutrition education practices are comprehensively understood following set guidelines promoted by the project. Manage and prepare for the implementation of Community Health Volunteers (CHVs) training according to MoPHP guidelines. Supervise and work closely with community health volunteers in the targeted district. Support and supervise the CHVs to take accurate anthropometrics measurements. Ensure that CHVs provide individual nutrition counseling based on the nutrition status, age of the child/pregnancy stage, provide information on the MCHN activities, the use of the ration. Follow and monitor the distribution of IEC materials among beneficiaries and the Vendors stores. Ensure CHVs visit the targeted beneficiaries for the nutrition follow-up of each beneficiary based on MUAC reading and refer the cases with malnutrition to the nearest health facility. Prepare monthly activity reports. Supervise CHVs in carrying out community-based nutritional promotional activities targeting community groups. Activities will primarily include IYCF sessions, community feedback meetings, and social mobilization toward overall objectives. Facilitate the identification and initial Training for CHVs in the targeted area in coordination with Al Dhale'e Health office.

Assist in planning and implementing sector-specific program activities. Identify and coordinate community participation opportunities. Complete and collect M&E forms related to different activities. Prepare weekly reports to be submitted to the Program Manager. Carry out program messaging - communication of program activities to the community and local government officials. Ensure accurate payment of monthly food vouchers to vendors. Plan and monitor all field activities, appointments, meetings, voucher distributions, monitoring, and beneficiary follow-ups. Ensure proper documentation of project processes, such as distribution plans, beneficiary lists, voucher requisition, distribution reports. Communicate with the community and other stakeholders about the objectives of the Monthly Food Voucher Program. Provide accurate financial acquittals of Cash to Finance Department. Supervise field officers, organize trainings, and provide operational leadership. Support the Program Manager in monitoring, controlling, and evaluating the budget and actual expenditures. Coordinate activities with the community, form the community committee and local government officials, as well as other INGOs. Coordinate Community Mobilizers' needs with Global Communities procurement, logistics, and finance teams. Meet with GC senior program management periodically to present updates on work progress and related issues. Ensure proper filing management system related to all Community Mobilizers' field work. Oversee and update the work plan for all program-related activities.

Participate in the identification, registration, and selection of program beneficiaries according to defined selection criteria. Sensitize key stakeholders, community leaders, communities, and participating households on the program objectives, timelines, entitlements, and general program activities. Work with Community Volunteer Committees (CVCs) and collaborate with them in beneficiary identification and selection. Take part during the distribution of Food vouchers. Assist in the planning and implementation of the Yemen Emergency Food Assistance program through food vouchers. Organize and conduct information/sensitization sessions on hygiene promotion and cholera prevention within the implementation areas. Implement all aspects of WASH, Livelihood, Economic Recovery (ABG & CFW) activities for beneficiaries as directed by the PM. Receive and distribute asset vouchers to beneficiaries. Visit assigned sites regularly and oversee implementation and execution of ongoing project tasks. Communicate with CVCs and beneficiaries to assess the needs of the community and report findings to the PM or other relevant implementation staff. Liaise on a daily basis with community leaders to gather feedback on the appropriateness of GC interventions. Work with communities to develop new strategies to meet their needs. Participate in planning, budgeting, and preparation of work plans, implementation of project activities, and monitoring/reporting of progress. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities on a weekly basis. Undertake and implement baseline and monitoring activities. Support the collection and documentation of impact and success stories on a monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual basis. Update the work plan for all program-related activities. Conduct assessments of needs and develop appropriate suggestions for future proposals.

Understand vulnerable groups in their diversity, their protection concerns and priorities, and the resources available to them. Ensure age, gender, and diversity approach to protection is consistently applied through community-based protection methods. Supervise the provision of individual interviews and facilitative participation protection field assessments. Act as a focal point for the identification and referral of Extremely Vulnerable Individuals and People with Specific Protection Needs for appropriate assistance according to the project's pre-defined criteria. Refer GBV survivors to specialized services. Engage in discussions/dialogue sessions with women, girls, and boys on the issues that affect them and work with the community to find or develop appropriate solutions. Identify protection gaps and interventions. Advocate with the government and other actors to take appropriate measures to remedy violations and address the protection concerns facing vulnerable groups. Map out the resources or services that can provide support to women, girls, men, and boys and families. Assist in organizing/facilitating relevant protection training activities.

Coordinate inter-disciplinary services to specified clients, group, or population. Work with New Dawn Association to facilitate the identification of mental health issues. Facilitate the development of mental health resources from a community needs perspective. Teach mentally disabled children subjects such as reading, writing, and concepts. Analyze, plan and establish standards for program, policy, and resource development. Conduct research, evaluation, and social action.
