I have completed my studies in business with some technological applications and currently with PwC as a Engagement Support Specialist. Working with them I have discovered myself to be an individual who is self directed and has a strong drive for competent results that are achieved by dealing with ambiguity whilst learning on the fly. I believe that I am an effective team player with good communication skills enabling me to understand viewpoints, collaborate and find well thought-out effective solutions. Having the opportunity to experience various different societies and cultures has made me very adaptable to the various pressured situations and cultural differences. This has also spurred in me a drive to seek struggles and solve them, which helps me to learn and understand more and grow faster in this fast paced world.

- Creating and maintaining documentation of all CAC processes
- Maintain and update quality-related process documentation and flowcharts
- Develop and adhere to a plan to complete periodic checks on key controls and propose recommendations to further strengthen the xLOS quality framework
- Bringing to life 11 automation(Bots) used in the AC and maintaining it whilst documenting its logic - has helped to significantly reduce man hours and costs
- Created reporting tools and dashboards to measure performance of bots - helped in RCAs and early deployment of solutions

- Designed and maintained internal and external CAC websites using G-suite application
