Support Services Enhancement: Assist KRO personnel in enhancing the quality of specialized services provided to the most vulnerable individuals. Provide individualized psychological support to cases internally referred by KRO's case management teams. Deliver individual psychological support to cases referred by external agencies, maintaining coordination and mutual agreements. Case Management: Conduct psychological assessments for selected cases referred by caseworkers/social workers. Offer psychological support aligned with case plan objectives to cases referred by caseworkers, closely monitoring and documenting their psychological progress. Accompany case workers during home visits when necessary. Implement a self-care program for all KRO case workers. Report any implementation difficulties or observed team dynamic issues to the Protection Officer and Project Manager. Participate in community awareness sessions, providing education on psychosocial stressors and disorders. Support for Collective PSS: Assess the needs of beneficiaries and collaborate with the protection team to design a package of PSS activities. Enhance the quality of specialized services, including group therapy and individual counselling, for various target groups. Develop psychological activities tailored for vulnerable children, youth, women at risk, and men attending collective PSS. Aid social workers in organizing and facilitating support groups for individuals at risk. Monitor activities conducted by volunteers and social workers. Provide psychological support and first aid training to KRO staff upon request. Reporting: Maintain accurate clinical records of beneficiaries and write technical reports on specific cases identified during support sessions. Ensure secure archiving of case files and technical reports, restricting access to authorized staff only. Establish a monitoring system to evaluate the effectiveness of psychological support interventions. Report any problems or training needs identified during the monitoring of social workers and case workers activities. Submit bi-weekly and monthly reports on conducted activities to the supervisor. Meetings and Trainings: Participate in internal and external meetings and trainings, including case management meetings and case conferences. Attend daily staff meetings and weekly internal case management meetings. Adhere to KRO's Child Protection, PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse), and Data Protection policies, as well as Cash and Case Management SOPs. Maintain confidentiality when dealing with case beneficiaries. Other Responsibilities: Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Afghanistan National Re-Construction Co-ordination (ANCC)

Identify cases of children at risk of protection concerns, including the worst forms of child labor, child abuse, unaccompanied and separated children and other child protection concerns NEVA. Provide case management services in line with the ANCC’s Standard Operating Procedures for case management & Global Child Protection Case Management Guidelines. Conduct outreach to assess and provide support to the child during CFS’s and Targeted community’s visits. The case worker will be independent, responsible, ensuring case actions plans and relevant administrative forms that facilitate accountability & planning are updated on a daily and weekly basis. The case worker will commit to maintaining excellent documentation of case management files in line with the ANCC’s SOPs and other relevant processes. The case worker will assume full responsibility to assess the level of risk that a child is exposed to and immediately report any cases that could evolve into high-risk cases to the direct line Manager (Case management Supervisor, then Provincial Project Manager, then CP Project Manager). Persist to conduct mapping of services to ascertain which services are included in specific areas and striving to facilitate access to services for the child and their family even if the process requires thinking outside of the box, advocating to management, working groups, national entities, and relevant authorities to facilitate. Represent ANCC’s well by maintaining regular communication with external referral agencies for service provision & understanding the relevant criteria.
