Head Waiter: Main responsibilities include serving Royal Family of Qatar, UAE, Saudi, Football players, high profile guests. Primarily responsible for upscale restaurant service. As a section holder I must guide the guests through a luxurious service working with and applying the Forbes 5 standards.

Assistant restaurant operations MIT: My responsibility was to make sure everything was running smoothly, quality checked tables, made orders so that we had supplies for daily restaurant operational needs, maintained relationships with vendors, held sections when necessary. Worked the pass in order to supervise that the food was being run by the waiters and that the staff was operating efficiently.

At Gallery bistro my primary responsibility was to follow a proper service sequence to ensure a quality dinning experience for our guests. As it was a family owned restaurant I was tasked with ordering and helping the singular owner with daily operations.
