Manage the subgranting of 26 partners across Africa for the Accelerated Varietal Improvement and Seed Systems in Africa (AVISA) project. Conduct all correspondence with partners. Support multiple projects with a consolidated budget exceeding 5 million USD. Oversee international procurement of agricultural and laboratory equipment. Plan meetings and conferences for CIMMYT scientists and partners. Manage Importation and Exportation of seeds for research purposes.

We prepared the EABL sustainability report - conceptualizing the theme and look and feel, developing content, and interviewing stakeholders (as part of the materiality assessment). We also organized the launch of the report and managed media for coverage of the event as well as the report content.
