I am a highly self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with more than 7 years of hands-on experience in both rural and urban programming, development, and emergency work across various sectors. A licensed Nutritionist, registered with Allied Health Practitioners, Zimbabwe International Aid and Development worker with vast experience in working with communities in various projects including but not limited to Nutrition, Food and Livelihoods Security in Emergencies, Risk Communication and Community Engagement, Public Health and Gender Mainstreaming. I seek to work in an environment that will challenge me further, while allowing me to contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization.

• Spearheaded the implementation of the Saving Lives and Livelihoods (SLL) project, focusing on Risk Communication and Community Engagement for COVID-19 vaccination across Midlands Province. • Trained 192 volunteer trainers in 4 districts to lead COVID-19 Risk Communication and Community Engagement. • Trained 20 community influencers from diverse backgrounds on Risk Communication and Community Engagement. • Collaborated with the Ministry of Health and Childcare District Health Executive to plan, monitor, and evaluate risk communication and community engagement activities, promoting youth engagement and disability inclusion. • Produced project activity reports according to the reporting schedule or as needed. • Managed project budget, ensuring timely and effective utilization of resources • Developed and implemented project work plans, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to meet project objectives. • Coordinated with stakeholders, including community leaders, local authorities, and partner organizations, to ensure project success. • Conducted regular budget reviews and forecasts to ensure alignment with project objectives. • Identified and mitigated project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges. Achievements: • Selected as the Zimbabwe Red Cross Society representative in the Saving Lives and Livelihoods Community of Practice Southern Africa (Community of Practice Representative). • Successfully engaged and promoted COVID-19 vaccination acceptance among Apostolic Church members.
