I am passionate about sustainability, resilience, and climate change mitigation and adaptation, particularly in the context of Sub-Saharan Africa. My focus includes especially water resources, but not limited to waste management, infrastructure, transport, energy systems, and other critical areas for fostering environmental balance. With a Bachelor’s in Environmental Resource Management from the Technical University of Kenya, along with practical experience at NEMA, East African Portland Cement Company, and through environmental initiatives like Youth For Green Action Kenya, I’ve developed a well-rounded understanding of both environmental policy and on-the-ground action. I believe that change is an inevitable part of life, and learning how to navigate and adapt to it is essential—both in personal growth and in driving environmental impact. This principle drives my passion for solutions like circular economies, nature-based strategies, and ensuring that communities are part of a just transition.
