Mentorship and Development: Facilitating the growth and development of 40 young women from across Africa by providing resources, guidance, and support in the pillars of business and entrepreneurship, politics and governance, and peace and security. Program Management: Organizing and coordinating fellowship sessions, including scheduling, securing speakers, and ensuring effective communication with participants to enhance their learning experience. Community Building: Cultivating a strong network of future female leaders by fostering connections among fellows and with partner organizations.

Developing and implementing the institutional fundraising strategy and building a strong working relationship with investors and donors to support the company's growth. This led to Linking the company to various funders both local and international through strategic outreach efforts, helping the company acquire financial partners with debt and grant funding of more than USD 2 million. Created a database of all current partners and funding opportunities which allowed for easy tracking of contact information and fostering partnerships. Tasked with creating reports and updates sent to company stakeholders, to keep them updated on the project's progress. In charge of pitching the company to new investors and partners. This involved attending events, conferences and meetings, and reaching out to investors through platforms such as LinkedIn.

Assisted in project research and designing of customer-focused products. Assisted in project budget formulations, and financial valuation of projected profit margins for various activities. Assessed and analyzed funding opportunities for the company and drafted funding proposals. Worked with the project manager to develop project plans, monitor and evaluate ongoing projects at the company. Managed and analyzed project stakeholders and partners by setting up meetings and coordinating as needed.

Identified and led acquiring funding and partnerships opportunities to increase the company’s impact among the Deaf Community. Created new opportunities for the company such as the opportunity to host a Model United Nations session alongside Kazakhstan University. Helped in the digital training sessions for the deaf, specifically in introductions to UX/UI designs with the help of a translator.

Generated KSH 200,000 for Project Alleviate Enactus through Ford Company. Ideated, planned and implemented projects that won awards such as the Enactus National Exposition 2021. Increased team membership by 30%, achieving the highest number in the team's history.
