Manage several client accounts that I facilitate their container handling and release. Prepare CFS charges to send out proforma invoice to client for payment. Send out delivery order to shipping line to validate authenticity of it for gate pass facilitation. Facilitate the gate pass for the container to exit the premises. Handle and solve any queries brought up by clients for faster service. Gaining experience on fast problem-solving, communication, flexibility, organization of work and teamwork.

Rotated through key functions including shipping, break-bulk, declaration, customer service, transport, invoicing, and administration. Collaborated with operations team in the event of query raised for better invoicing of the client. Compiled information on container estimated time of arrival onto excel report. Worked closely with the transporters to reduce any chances of late pickup of containers from the depot. Able to improve on my excel skills, communication, and ability to plan ahead.

In charge of grade 3, Invigilating exams, teaching, taking them through extracurricular activities, taking them through practical learning example sewing class.
