Program Division: E-Sahha In the midst of the COVID-19 era, I had the chance to join an eager team of a well-established institution addressing global health problems. My role is to create fast integrated and verified software for the healthcare industry:

• Improving maternal health outcomes • Leveraging the underlying technologies for Machine Learning and Data analysis • Delivering user-friendly applications for healthcare providers • Supporting the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support) • Troubleshooting, debugging including resolving data, system and performance issues • Showing excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Adapting to the agile best practices throughout the software lifecycle • Fostering automation in order to overcome the geographic barriers of health access

As a freelancer, I target mainly two areas which are software development (iOS/hybrid app development) or eLearning-related projects.

I have a mixed experience and exposure in the following:

• PHP & MySQL for backend programming
• Moodle LMS support and administration
• SCORM for building eLearning content
• iOS for Apple technology
• Flutter (by Google) for hybrid app development

While residing in Lebanon, I joined The RISE Holding group startup and bridged the gap between software people and clients.

My day-to-day responsibilities are: • Studied the software application domain • Elicit business requirements •. Discuss our business packages accordingly with the client • Liaised between the software users and the software developers • Coded, tested, debugged, published web applications • Administer the MVP (e.g. WordPress site) to get things done

As a junior HRMS personnel (contract-based), my key responsibilities are:

• Assisted in gathering information after eliciting business requirements
• Developed and documenting solutions
• Supported users onsite & remotely
• Fostered Oracle technology-dependent (Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL)
• Leveraged QlikView BI Tool to design and create data model schemas and dashboards

As a software engineer, I have been enthusiastically involved with the tech team throughout designing applications, customer satisfaction, and business processes optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and test new software applications.
• Assess new application ideas.
• Research competitor offerings.
• Develop applications (coding, programming)
• Apply Mobile design best practices
• Leverage several APIs
• Interview beta testers.

I cooperated with the business team for generating reports, conducted research, and made recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. I leveraged Oracle Data Integrator as my main technology for data extraction, loading, and transformation.

I have assisted the eLearning team in managing the institutional Learning Management System (Moodle) and other related systems to achieve high-quality education and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities: o Managed Moodle courses and user data o Tailored the activities and resources conforming to the client’s preferences o Resolved customer’s technical issues in a timely manner o Created Web Services on my Moodle Cloud instance
