With an acceptance rate of <1% acceptance, Atlas Corps facilitates overseas fellowships for the top global change leaders. They serve at outstanding organizations in the U.S. to address social issues to later return to their countries and regions to multiply their knowledge. Serving at One To World - Developing corporate and stakeholder communications; grant writing and project design. Educating K-12 youth and children in NYC public schools and after-school programs on culture and global issues, (especially in Mexico and LATAM).

Managed projects on strategic social investment and strengthening of organized civil society. Managed the project "Strengthening of Organized Civil Society that promotes the sustainable use of urban public space", promoted by the German Cooperation for Sustainable Development (GIZ) in Mexico; strengthening +100 people from 37 civil society groups and 38 public officials from 18 states. Reported and evaluated strengthening methodologies for organized civil society and the measurement of social impact

Coordinated and operated the global communication strategy for 80+ participant experts of the 2020 Global Online Accelerator Program for for-good for-profit businesses. Designed and developed the first Online Resource Library for the Global Online Accelerator Program for 100+ young social entrepreneurs worldwide, creating a robust base of more than 100 resources

Raised over $500,000 USD through winning proposals for the protection of children on the move, prevention of child labor, WASH, violence prevention, among others. Supervised a 5 people team on the design and development of grant proposals (at a national and regional scale) for national and international donors. Private sector and foundations engagement representative at the Central America and Mexico’s Grant Acquisition and Management Office, and Mexico’s Technical Committee for Grants.
