Ahmed El Tatawy

I bring over 20 years of experience in multinational corporations, combining deep corporate expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset. My career spans the beverages (Heineken, Pepsi), snacks (Frito-Lay), telecom, and education sectors, where I have built operational and strategic expertise across North Africa, the GCC, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Beyond my corporate journey, I have successfully founded businesses in healthcare, agriculture, and food, navigating both growth and challenges. I have led two Private Equity acquisitions—one for a bakery business I launched and another for a family-run hospital. Additionally, I have designed, closed, and operated multi-million dollar projects in collaboration with both private and public sector partners. My skill set includes SAP and Oracle implementation, strategic development, field sales, retail operations, and export business management. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University and an MBA from Imperial College London.
