Increased career development event provision from 12 to 50+ events per year by leveraging institutional partnerships to reduce internal resource pressures while improving event quality. Solidified a new framework for career development unique to the institution within 12 months, increasing student engagement with the service from 20% to 62%. Improved resource capacity for the career service function within 12 months by implementing a stakeholder management plan that increased staff count dedicated to career services from 2 to 10+ at no additional cost to the institution, by strengthening collaborative relationships with Faculty, as well as Alumni and Student ambassadors.
