Provide primary support, instruction, and administration of the library’s enterprise resource management system (Innovative Millennium) Provide first-line support, monitoring and troubleshooting for the Library’s RFID equipment (self-check machines, security gates, RFID readers and sensors, etc.) Support and enhance Library web properties, and ensure the data is accurate to what the library has Serve as the Library’s lead SharePoint site administrator for intranet-based sites Assist other Library staff in generating reports from the Library’s enterprise resource management system, and other resource management systems as required Recommend, develop, and implement policies, standards, goals, and procedures to meet objectives and to continuously improve workflow in technical and digital services Develops and maintains documentation for relevant library systems and software Assist in staffing the Library’s Information Desk on a weekly/daily basis; this may involve evening hours on occasion during the workweek Develop and deliver training to Library staff as needed
