Hired by VDC (Venture Development Center) of UMass Boston as a Global Entrepreneur in Residence to join Medsix, a medical start-up based in VDC. Comply with GEIR program requirements by engaged in startup affairs of the VDC. Lecture to students regarding medical startup ideas evaluation.

Research and evaluate the potential applications, required functions, and clinical value of a surgical device project for Medsix as a contract-based consultant. Complete a project evaluation report and report to board members. Expand application research for the device and proposed new product development plan. Contribute to the construction of a new business plan and company relaunch.

Evaluate medical device projects including IVD systems and essays, automatic inoculation equipment, and equipment related to the Covid situation from pre-initiation, to development, and to registration phases as a product manager. Establish a research center and its management framework in a remote city to develop novel IVD products. Be promoted to manage a sales subsidiary as the assistant to the General Manager. Gain full authority to manage the subsidiary's operation, including managing the supply chain, improving the quality management system, building the team, and launching an Office automation system.

Develop the marketing strategy and materials for an injection in the emergency and critical care area as the senior product specialist. Conduct training to sales teams and healthcare professionals. Design and conduct post-marketing clinical research projects. Be promoted as the academic manager to conduct strategic planning for a new established academic department, build a corporate academic brand, manage KOLs, and organize projects and activities related to product and KOL affairs.
